These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Comparables.ai Referral Program (the "Program"). By sharing a referral link from Comparables.ai, you ("Referrer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
We created this program to reward our best customers for helping us grow. We ask that you participate in good faith.
1. The Reward
Referrers are eligible to receive a one-time cash payout (the "Reward") of twenty percent (20%) of the initial committed contract value signed by the Referred Customer.
For the purpose of this Program, the "initial committed contract value" is defined as the total net revenue (after any discounts) Comparables.ai is entitled to under the new contract, up to a maximum of the first 12 months.
The maximum Reward for any single referral is capped at €3,000 EUR.
How this is calculated (Illustrative Examples):The final payout is always 20% of the actual net contract value (up to the first 12 months), as defined in the signed contract, capped at a maximum of €3,000 for any single referral. The figures below are examples only and are not a promise of pricing or payment.
- Example 1: Monthly Subscription
- If a Referred Customer signs a monthly contract for €2,000, the initial committed value is €2,000.
- The Reward would be 20% of €2,000 = €400.
Example 2: Quarterly Subscription- If a Referred Customer signs a quarterly contract for €6,000, the initial committed value is €6,000.
- The Reward would be 20% of €6,000 = €1,200.
Example 3: Annual Subscription (Hitting the Cap)- If a Referred Customer signs an annual contract for €20,000, the initial committed value is €20,000.
- The Reward (20% of €20,000 = €4,000) would be capped at €3,000.
Example 4: Multi-Year Subscription (Hitting the Cap)- If a Referred Customer signs a 3-year contract for €20,000 per year, the value is capped at the first 12 months (€20,000).
- The Reward (20% of €20,000 = €4,000) would be capped at €3,000.
This Reward is non-recurring and does not apply to any contract renewals or subsequent purchases by the referred customer (unless they are a separate Qualified Referral as defined below).
2. Qualified Referrals
A "Qualified Referral" is a referral that meets all of the following conditions:
- The referred prospect (the "Referred Customer") must book their initial intro meeting using your unique referral link.
- The Referred Customer must sign a paid contract with Comparables.ai within ninety (90) days of that initial intro meeting.
- The Referred Customer must be one of the following:
- A new customer: An organization that has not had an active sales conversation with the Comparables.ai team in the 90 days prior to the referral.
- An expansion deal: A new team, department, or subsidiary within an existing customer's organization, provided this expansion was not an active sales opportunity with our team at the time of the referral.
3. Payout Terms
The Reward is processed after the Qualified Referral has made their first successful payment on their signed contract.
Payouts are exclusively managed by our third-party partner, Cello. To be eligible for and to receive any reward, you must create an account with Cello, agree to the Cello Terms of Service, and successfully complete any identity or tax verification (KYC) they require.
Cello is solely responsible for processing the payment. Comparables.ai is not responsible for payouts that are denied due to your ineligibility for a Cello account, your failure to agree to Cello's terms, or your location in an unsupported jurisdiction.
4. Attribution
In the event a Referred Customer receives referral links from multiple Referrers, the Reward will be credited to the Referrer whose link was used to book the first intro meeting with that prospect.
5. Program Exclusions
Rewards will not be paid for referrals that, in our sole discretion, do not qualify. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Self-Referrals: You cannot refer your own company, a subsidiary you control, or use the Program to receive a discount on your own purchase.
- Active Sales Deals: Referrals for prospects or organizations that are already in an active sales process with the Comparables.ai team.
- Lapsed Referrals: Referrals where the contract is signed more than 90 days after the initial intro meeting.
- Bad Faith: Any referrals that are fraudulent, automated, or violate the spirit of the Program.
- Violation of Cello's Terms: Any activity that violates the Cello Terms of Service, which you must agree to in order to receive payment. This includes, but is not limited to, using paid advertising for referral links, bidding on our brand keywords, or creating fraudulent referrals.
6. General Conditions
- Eligibility: This Program is open to active, premium-tier customers of Comparables.ai in good standing.
- Right to Modify/Terminate: Comparables.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason. Any changes will be posted on this page.
- Interpretation: Any disputes or interpretations of these terms will be resolved by Comparables.ai in its sole discretion.
